Understand this moment

Every moment we are losing life like the water kept in the palm. Slowly-slowly, a moment will come when age will be over and we would have breathed our last.

That moment, that hour, that day, that week, that month, that year, that era which has been spent does not come back again.

Therefore, wise men must never spend even a moment of their life wastefully. Every moment of life must be spent for the promotion and development of life. One should not be lazy even for a moment. What has been spent has become past; but every coming moment must be utilized. This present moment must be realized properly.
